Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing BRUC.AI or using any part of our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

BRUC.AI provides AI-powered UGC video generation for e-commerce merchants. You connect your store, select products, and we generate videos. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.

3. Credits and billing

  • Monthly credits are included with your subscription and roll over while your plan is active. They do not carry over after cancellation.
  • Top-up credits purchased separately never expire.
  • Credits are consumed when a video generation job is submitted, not when it completes.
  • If a video fails due to an error on our side, credits are refunded automatically and immediately.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of the app.

4. Refunds

We offer automatic credit refunds for failed videos. We do not offer monetary refunds for unused credits or subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of your product data and the videos generated from it. By using the service, you grant BRUC.AI a limited license to process your product data solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit (product images, descriptions) does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use BRUC.AI to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRUC.AI's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
